Head Coach Greg Spirakis has been coaching softball for over 15 years with various organizations.  During that time, he’s coached teams from 12U to 18U including teams that have placed at the USA softball nationals and played in the PGF nationals.  In addition, he’s been coaching at Saratoga High since 2015 and has regularly taken teams to the CCS playoffs including reaching the Division 1 semi finals last year.   Both of his daughters played softball through high school with his older daughter Eleni going on to play at Santa Clara University and Stanford.

Assistant Coach Don Cornell has been coaching softball for over 10 years also having coached teams at multiple age levels.  He’s currently a coach at Kennedy High School in Fremont taking teams to the NCS playoffs the last couple of years.  In 2024 Kennedy High School reached the Division 3 semi finals and this last year they reached the Division 5 Finals.  His daughter Hannah just finished playing for the 18U Legends and is going on to play at University of Michigan-Dearborn. 

Assistant Coach Eddie Sanchez has recently helped coach the 8th grade 14U Legends.  Previously with Greg he helped coach an 18U Legends team.  His older daughter played through high school and his younger daughter, Camilia, has been on the 8th grade Legends team.
